By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our "Service" and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Terms of Service", "Terms"), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content.

These products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return & Refund Policy. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store.

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. HumanTec is a health technology and wellness platform. Telemedicine consultation services (e.g., via Mydoctor) are provided by registered, independent medical professionals. HumanTec itself does not practice medicine and is not a healthcare provider. Any health metrics, advice, or telemetry provided by smart wellness devices (such as the Drmini Robo) are for general informational purposes only and should not replace professional clinical diagnosis, treatment, or judgment.
Section 4 - Prescription Uploads & Pharmacy Services
Prescription upload options and automated medical procurement are facilitated in strict compliance with the National Medicines Regulatory Authority (NMRA) of Sri Lanka and local healthcare statutes. By uploading a prescription, you represent that the document is genuine, legally valid, and prescribed by a certified medical practitioner for the intended user.
Section 12 - Personal Information
Your submission of personal information through the store is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is structured in compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA), No. 9 of 2022 of Sri Lanka. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we secure your data.
